Adopting Artificial Intelligence

Just the other day we were talking about Watson, the leading AI platform for business, and Einstein, the AI that powers the worlds #1 CRM, during a Salesforce training program and how that level of intelligent customer engagement is changing the delivery of information. With the amount of data that we are all generating now the key is finding out how to aggregate and manage it and then make it work for us. There are some early adopters of AI like the Army and the US Census Bureau but it’s still taking its first steps.

As Meagan Metzger, founder and CEO of government-focused IT accelerator Dcode42, said in this article “just think of it as you would any other IT modernization effort. It’s going to happen, so you need to figure out how to embrace it.”
