ProSphere Wins T4NG Contract for Capital Planning and Investment

Pro-Sphere Tek, Inc. (ProSphere) was awarded the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) task order in support of the Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC).

ProSphere will provide administrative and technical support services to the CPIC process for budget formulation and budget execution. CPIC is the primary process for making IT investment decisions, assessing investment process effectiveness, and refining investment related policies and procedures. The CPIC process identifies life-cycle funding requirements for IT programs. This CPIC support includes the VA Office of Information Security (OIS) Office of Management and Budget (OMBIT) Capital Plan business case.

The mission of VA Office of Information & Technology (OIT), and OIS is to provide benefits and services to Veterans of the United States.  In performing this function, VA has become a highly automated and technology-dependent organization.
