Overview: IT Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to products and services from over 5,000 certified industry partners.

ProSphere  currently holds the following SINs under the GSA Schedule 70:

  • 132-51 Information Technology (IT) and Professional Services
  • 132-56 for Health IT
  • 132-62 HSPD-12

ProSphere maintains 26 functional areas for SIN 132-51 and 15 functional areas for SIN 132.62

GSA Professional Services - Schedule 874

Overview: The GSA, in its consolidation of several Federal Supply Schedule, has rolled several legacy Federal Supply Schedules, including MOBIS and FABS, into Professional Services Schedule 874 (PSS), a newly established Federal Supply Schedule. PSS is a Federal Supply Schedule contract that covers most management consulting and training services, and facilitates sales to federal agencies.

CIO-SP3 Small Business is a $20 billion, 10-year, Government -Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT services/solutions that can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to fulfill IT requirements and socioeconomic goals.

SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.  The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.  The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.  All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.  Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.
