ProSphere’s VALI Tier 2 Help Desk Team Receives Six Presidential Recognition Awards

Within only three months of the contract award, Team Prosphere (along with its subcontractor, Privateer) has been presented with six Presidential Recognition Awards from the White House in support of the Office of Information & Technology (OI&T) and the Veterans Affairs Learning Infrastructure (VALI) at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Jefferson Barracks, in St. Louis, Missouri. The team has performed at such an exceptional level that a representative to the White House requested that every single team member receive the prestigious award. As stated by Lee Golatt, the VA Project Manager, “This is a huge accomplishment for one individual, let alone an entire team.”

ProSphere has been diligently working to provide Tier 2 help desk support for the VALI applications by resolving tickets that are escalated from the VA’s National Service Desk (NSD). “ProSphere is very proud of our entire VALI team. It is just one more example of our dedication and pride that we take in supporting our VA customers and our Veteran community and their families” says Rodger Blevins, CEO of ProSphere. They also perform testing to determine if changes/updates affect the VALI application and whether the applications are up and functional after maintenance.
