ProSphere Awarded Comprehensive VACO Campus Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT Support

ProSphere was awarded a new contract valued at $6.8 million under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contract vehicle for the Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Information Technology Operations and Services (ITOPS), End User Operations (EUO) at Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) for Tier 1 & Tier 2 Unified Communications (UC) and Network Help Desk IT Support. Specific services include support for the VACO ITSS UC and Network ServiceNow IT Help Desk Queue including UC support for Tier 1 voice over internet protocol (VoIP) telephone Service Now Help Desk Support; Tier 1 & 2 Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC), and Digital Audio Recording System (DARS) ServiceNow Help Desk Support. ProSphere will also provide Tier 1 & 2 Wireless and Wired Network Service Now Help Desk Support.
