Rodger Blevins

Rodger Blevins is a proud Vietnam-era Veteran who served in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division. As a service-disabled Veteran, he incorporated ProSphere in 2006 with Veterans in mind. During his military career, he served in Special Intelligence Operations. After sustaining a back injury during a parachute mission, he completed his military service and transitioned into civil service, beginning his Federal Government career at the Pentagon and ultimately working for NOAA, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Department of the Treasury, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where he was the Associate Chief Information Officer. From there, he ultimately founded ProSphere which has grown from 30 to 250 employees in the past three years. Rodger graduated from the University of Maryland with a dual major in Information Technology and Business Administration.

Kevin Rice

As President, Kevin D. Rice focuses on the growth of the organization. Having previously served as VP for Business Strategy & Development, he developed and implemented the company’s growth strategy. Kevin brings to ProSphere 20 years of consulting experience that spans federal, state and local markets. Prior to joining ProSphere, Kevin spent four years at Information Innovators Inc. (Triple-i) in various leadership positions; as the Director of Health IT business unit he was responsible for the management and growth of the IT Service Management primarily within the Department of Veterans Affairs and Health and Human Services with P&L responsibility in excess of $150 million total contract value. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from George Mason University and MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Pamplin College of Business.

Eric Hughes
VP, Business Operations

Eric Hughes

As VP, Business Operations, Eric Hughes is responsible for ProSphere’s back office functions.  He oversees the day-to-day operations of human resources, talent acquisition, accounting, contract administration, pricing, security, IT support, and facilities.  Eric is a West Point graduate and served as an officer in the Army for over 20 years. Prior to joining ProSphere, Eric held progressive senior-level roles in operations management and quality engineering at Byers Engineering and QBE FIRST. Eric has an advanced degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Penn State.  He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) for 15 years.

Mary Shaffran
VP, Health IT Services

Mary Shaffran

Mary Shaffran, MPA, CAE, has over 20 years of experience in public health programs, including public health informatics, information technology, performance standards, and accreditation, as well as in environmental health and protection. She is currently Vice President for Health Information Technology at ProSphere, responsible for delivery, operations, capture, and growth of a health IT portfolio spanning Veterans Administration well as other organizations that have a health focus. She came to ProSphere from ASRC Federal, where she was Vice President for Federal Health Programs. Mary also worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as Deputy Director for Programs and Operations for Life Sciences Programs, and as Program Manager for a portfolio of Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality programs. Mary has a MA in Public Administration from the University of Georgia, Athens, and a BA Degree from Converse College in Spartanburg, SC. 

Sean Lenehan

Sean Lenehan

As ProSphere’s VP of Veterans Affairs IT Service Delivery, Sean Lenehan oversees all contracts related to IT, enterprise architecture, server engineering, cloud development and migration, and customer support.  Prior to ProSphere, Sean was with System Made Simple (SMS)/Lockheed Martin (LM) where he lead their IT Services business unit, managing over $100 million in annual revenue, while being instrumental in the pursuit and award of over $500 Million in task order awards on T4 during his 5 years tenure.  Sean is a graduate of Tufts University and has an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.

Shon Anderson
VP, Business Development & Strategy

Shon Anderson

Shon Anderson joined ProSphere in August of 2013 as a Project Manager/Solution Architect. Currently serving as the VP of Business Strategy & Development, Mr. Anderson has 22 years of experience in both the commercial and Federal IT sectors. He has worked for HP, IBM and AMD, providing interoperability QA support and management for 10 years in the commercial sector. In the Federal sector, he worked at CALIBRE, ASM Research and Bearing Point, supporting DoD, DHA, Army, NGB and Commerce as a QA and Program Manager. Shon has earned his B.S. in Physics, as well as PMP, CSQE and CTFL certifications.

James Rodriguez
VP, Service Excellence & Oversight

James Rodriguez

| VP, Service Excellence & Oversight

As VP, Service Excellence & Oversight, James is providing oversight of our operational processes and procedures to ensure we are meeting service goals and objectives. Prior to joining ProSphere, James was appointed by the President of the United States as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Office of Warrior Care Policy, Office of the Secretary of Defense. In this role, he served as the principal advisor on the coordination of recovery, rehabilitation, reintegration and employment for wounded, ill, and injured Service members across the military departments. Prior to that, he was the Director for Veteran and Wounded Warrior programs and Director of Military Recruitment at BAE Systems and acted as the corporate liaison to White House Joining Forces initiative, to senior military leaders, government officials, and nonprofit organizations. James served in the United States Marine Corps in numerous leadership and management positions and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, University College and a Masters of Arts Degree in International Commerce and Policy from the George Mason University School of Public Policy.

Roger Sam

Roger Sam

As VP, Practice Management & Marketing, Roger is responsible for developing ProSphere’s expertise in technologies that are strategically relevant to our client’s needs. Roger was previously Director, Business Development and Capture and has extensive experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the T4NG contract vehicle, and is an active leader in the T4NG community. Prior to joining ProSphere, Roger worked for Xerox, Hewlett Packard and other IT Service companies. Roger studied at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Pamela Hensel
Director of Quality Management & Special Projects

Pamela Hensel

| Director of Quality Management & Special Projects

Pamela has worked at ProSphere since 2012. As Director of Quality Management & Special Projects, Pamela is focusing on quality and processes within ProSphere. She is continuously leading several ISO quality certification efforts at a time as well as the CMMI appraisal process. Prior to joining ProSphere, she worked as a Financial Analyst for both MCI Telecommunications and the National Guard Bureau. Pamela holds a BS degree in Accounting from George Mason University.

Patti Dorsey

As Director, Talent Acquisition, Patti Dorsey provides more than 17 years of experience leading recruiting organizations in government contracting and commercial environments. Adept at optimizing resources and processes to acquire top talent for organizations, she plays a key role in contributing to the company’s success in the areas of recruiting, strategy, capture, and business development.  Prior to joining ProSphere, Patti led the Talent Acquisition function for Grant Thornton LLP’s Public Sector practice. Patti holds a MBA from the University of Maryland University College and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland College Park’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Carola Ammer

Carola is the Director of Human Resources & Benefits Management and joined the ProSphere Team in 2013. She brings over 16 years of progressive experience in human resources management, employee relations, operations management, account management, and strategic management. She received her MBA from Georgia Regents University and her BA from University of Applied Science, Kassel Germany. She is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Stephanie Chase

Working closely with the executive team, Stephanie serves as the Director, Corporate Communications. Her focus is creating a strong communications plan, assisting the CEO in executive activities, such as community outreach programs, and developing the internal and external communications of the company. With more than 25 years of business experience in government contracting organizations such as MCI and Stanley Associations, her experience ranges proposal writing, contract management, business development, and customer relationships. As a small business owner, Stephanie is able to leverage her first-hand experience to help develop the ProSphere brand and create a platform that brings attention and awareness to our fast growing organization. Stephanie is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a BA, Public Relations.

Carleen Jarrett
Director of Customer Relationship Management

Carleen Jarrett

As Director of Customer Relationship Management, Carleen Jarrett handles customer accounts and provide guidance on enhancing customer relationships. Her focus is on value proposition and service differentiation based on the understanding of the customer environment, including customer influences, decision-makers and business challenges. Additionally, she creates and retains customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, planning and developing customer-focused programs, overseeing the resolution of customer concerns and facilitating the delivery of goods or services to the customer. Carleen has an advanced degree in Health Information Technology from George Mason University, and a Master Certificate in Leadership and Development from the University of Maryland.

Laurence Chashin
Corporate Counsel

Laurence Chashin

As ProSphere’s Corporate Counsel, Laurence provides leadership for the company’s legal and regulatory affairs, ensures corporate compliance with federal and state regulations, and participates in the company’s corporate governance activities.  Prior to joining ProSphere, Laurence spent seven years at Information Innovators, Inc. where his roles included those of Director of Contracts, and Director of Compliance & Risk Management.  Laurence holds bachelor degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island, and a JD from Hofstra University School of Law.  Laurence is an active member of the New Jersey and Virginia Bars.

Mark Walker

Mark Walker

Mark is ProSphere’s Controller and Treasurer. Mark has been with ProSphere since 2014 and previously was Chief Financial Officer of AISG, Inc. for 9 years. Mark is responsible for the Accounting Department as a whole and reports directly to the Chairman of the Board. Mark works closely with executive management for financial statements, contract margins, month end and year end close, corporate taxes, budgets, and analysis.  Mark has been involved with accounting in the government contracting since 2003 and has previously worked with multiple agencies within the Federal government. Mark has a BBA from University of Texas at San Antonio.
