ProSphere Provides Continuous Support of VACO IT Desktop Support Services

Pro-Sphere Tek, Inc. (ProSphere) was awarded the re-compete contract for the Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) Information Technology (IT) Desktop Support Services contract under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Program.

This contract allows ProSphere to continue delivering services and support for the full range of functions performed by VACO Help Desk/Desktop in support of both internal and external VA customers. The scope of the work encompasses Microsoft Exchange/Office Automation Technical and operational Support; desk side service support for both Windows and Apple Operating Systems; SharePoint, Customer Relation Management System (CRM) and web support.
