ProSphere Wins VA IT Tech Support for Employee Education in St. Louis

ProSphere was awarded a new task order under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contract for the Office of Information & Technology (OI&T) Employee Education Systems (EES) Information Technical Support Services for EES in St. Louis, Mo. ProSphere will provide professional and technical services to the OIT EES IT support unit for computer helpdesk, computer maintenance, inventory management, hardware and software installation, IT security, telecommunications maintenance, and videoconferencing (VTC) systems. This IT support is a critical component required in order for EES to support internal business processes that ultimately result in delivery of learning content to Veterans Health Administration (VHA) employee population. OI&T supports IT requirements of approximately 200 EES as well as the Office of Academic Affiliations (OAA) and the Office of Acquisition (OA) staff. The mission of the EES is to provide educational services, which are learner-focused, accessible, performance linked, and cost-effective to VHA employees.
