ProSphere Wins VALI Tier 2 Help Desk

Pro-Sphere Tek, Inc. (ProSphere) was awarded the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) task order for the Veterans Affairs Learning Infrastructure (VALI) Tier 2 Help Desk.

VALI offers benefits and services to Veterans of the United States and has implemented a comprehensive learning infrastructure consisting of several online learning systems to support VA’s continuing professional education needs. The VALI IT Help Desk was established to provide Tier 2 support to the 300,000 plus staff within and outside VA using these learning systems.

ProSphere shall provide Tier 2 help desk support for VALI supported applications including resolving tickets escalated to Tier 2 from VA’s National Service Desk (NSD), working closely with other VALI-supported help desks and performing testing to determine if changes/updates affect VALI applications. The Tier 2 help desk will provide support to the customers of VALI applications during normal business hours.
